How do I receive my purchase?

The product button takes you to Payhip checkout. After checkout, follow Payhip’s download instructions and keep your purchase email. The website does not collect card information or host your private download links.

Do I need Notion?

Only if you want to use a supplied Notion version. Several planner bundles also include a spreadsheet and fillable PDF. Check the formats on your product page; they vary by product. A Notion account is needed to duplicate and edit a Notion template.

How do I use a fillable PDF?

Download the PDF first and open it in a compatible reader with form support. Save a working copy, enter a short test, save, close and reopen it. Browser previews and mobile apps can handle forms differently. You can print the pages if you prefer handwriting. Printable PDFs do not necessarily have fillable fields.

Which spreadsheet software should I use?

Use the software recommended in your product guide. Excel workbooks may have formulas, formatting or controls that behave differently in other apps. Keep an untouched backup and edit designated input cells. Format support is listed on each product page.

Will different versions sync?

No. A spreadsheet, PDF and Notion version are independent. Choose one main version and move your own information manually if you switch.

Can I use the wallpapers on my phone?

The collections contain static portrait PNG artwork. Your phone may crop or resize the image, so preview the fit in its wallpaper settings. Exact device fit is not promised. Paid wallpaper files are clean; product photographs and lifestyle images are illustrative mockups.

Can I share or resell the templates?

No. Check the licence supplied with your purchase. Products are for your own permitted personal or business use, not resale or redistribution of the template, artwork or access links.

What if I have a download problem?

Contact the studio through Payhip with the product name, order reference and a short description of the problem. Do not send card details, passwords or private client information. We can also help you find the relevant product instructions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
