Choose the PDF that matches your paper, then print at actual size / 100%. Use “Fit” if your printer clips the margins. Both files contain the same worksheet.
- 01
Before the event, give each product or variant its own row and count the opening stock you packed.
- 02
Record extra stock, units sold, sellable customer returns and lost or damaged stock in separate columns.
- 03
Work out expected stock, count what actually remains, and investigate differences before deciding what to make next.
A few useful details.
How do I calculate the stock left?
Expected left = opening stock + extra stock added − units sold + sellable customer returns − lost or damaged units. For example, 20 + 5 − 8 + 1 − 2 = 16. Compare this with an actual count.
Does this sheet calculate totals automatically?
No. This is a printable, manual worksheet. The full Market Day Studio pack includes a spreadsheet for a more detailed workflow.
How much stock should I take to a Christmas craft fair?
Use your event estimates and making capacity to plan a range. Our free craft fair stock calculator helps turn your own sales scenarios into quantities to bring and make. There is no guaranteed quantity for every market.
Can I use this in my business?
Yes, for your own work, practice or business records. You may print extra copies for that use. Please don’t resell, redistribute or upload the blank file. Share this page so others can get their own free copy.
